Applications

The CT04 is designed for fully automatic hot stamping on round, oval, square, and rectangular glass bottles and cosmetic containers.

It is suitable for decorative finishing applications requiring precise foil positioning and consistent hot stamping quality.

  The fixture can be equipped with air blow or vacuum suction to improve product holding and positioning.
• Vision-Based Foil Mark Registration
  An optional vision positioning system can detect the first stamping mark and automatically align subsequent stamping positions for multi-color or multi-pass hot stamping.
