Production Process

1. Manual product loading
   The operator arranges the products on the infeed conveyor in the required orientation.
2. Robotic product loading
   A robotic arm transfers the products from the conveyor to the product fixture.
3. Static elimination
   The products pass through an anti-static treatment process before labeling.
4. CCD vision positioning
   The CCD vision system detects the product position and identifies the required starting point for label application.
5. Automatic labeling
   The labeling system applies the self-adhesive label automatically. The integrated German Leuze sensor can also detect transparent labels.
6. Automatic product unloading
   The robotic arm transfers the labeled products from the fixture to the outfeed conveyor.

The CB04 is designed for front, rear, 360°, and 180° self-adhesive labeling of:
