Packaging Decoration / KLK
Premium cosmetic packaging demands more than a printed logo. It requires the right decoration process, accurate positioning and a finish that complements the product.
Discuss Your Project ↗01 — Packaging Forms
From curved bottles to compact jars and detailed closures, packaging geometry influences how a part is held, positioned and decorated. The process should be selected around the actual product, not the other way around.
Curved surfaces · Logo placement · Glass decoration
Flat or curved areas · Lid decoration
Small components · Repeatable positioning
02 — Decoration Lab
Different visual effects call for different production methods. Screen printing and hot foil stamping may be suitable for different packaging designs; final selection depends on substrate, geometry, artwork and performance requirements.
Surface / Ink / Registration
A premium finish must also work in production. Evaluate print location, surface condition, ink compatibility, curing requirements and part handling before finalizing the machine configuration.
03 — From Sample to Production
The right machine begins with a clear understanding of your packaging and production requirements. Sample testing helps establish a practical configuration before equipment selection.
Request an Evaluation ↗Identify the substrate, surface coating and existing treatment. Glass, PET, HDPE, PP and other materials may require different ink systems or surface preparation.
Review the logo dimensions, number of colors, print area, orientation and registration requirements against the actual packaging geometry.
Test the proposed ink and curing method against the substrate and required finish. Adhesion and durability should be verified rather than assumed.
Evaluate part loading, fixture design, positioning, unloading and target output to determine the appropriate level of automation.
04 — Your Packaging Project
Share your packaging photos, material, artwork, number of colors and target production output. KLK can help assess the suitable printing process and automation requirements.
